Soup Kitchen 2022

Another really successful Soup Kitchen saw hoards of islanders flock to the Royal Square in support of our seasonal fundraiser.

The trustees were out in force to help martial the queues, collect charity contributions and chat to the punters, and to make it even better the sun shone on what was a cold and crisp day - a perfect day for soup!

There were 35 different soups on offer from a wide range of Island hotels and restaurants as well as one from Government House.

The first three soups to sell out all within the first hour included the Crab Mulligatawny from Samphire, Beef and Onion from Cheffins and Parsnip, Honey and Black Truffle supplied by Bohemia.

There was a really good buzz in and around the tent, and we are hopeful of breaking our record for the amount of money raised.
