The demand for Shelter's services continues to grow.
Shelter works in partnership with the Government of Jersey to publish quarterly data on homelessness within our community.
The data provided by the Shelter Trust reflects the number of individuals accessing accommodation services through Shelter. However, it does not include the many people who receive support through our day services, Outreach, Aftercare, or Inclusion Workers - Women's Services.
Understanding and reporting on homelessness data is vital in highlighting the scale of the challenges faced by individuals who are experiencing, or are at risk of, homelessness in Jersey. This information helps inform the ongoing response to homelessness and supports efforts to provide timely, appropriate services and support where they are needed most.
